Frankie started dancing at age 5, attending Cecchetti Ballet classes at 'The Clarke School of Ballet and Modern Dance' in Northamptonshire under the guidance of Helen Clarke. It was here that she met fellow dancer, Theresa Manning and the two have danced together ever since. Frankie took part in Cecchetti awards such as the 'Mabel Ryan Awards' and in 1998 was luckily enough to gain a place with the 'National Youth Ballet' where she performed in 'A Dolls House Fantasia' and Wayne Sleep's 'Alice in Wonderland', with several performances around London including the Coliseum.
Frankie went on to study Modern Theatre Dance, Jazz and Tap at the school which then changed hands and became 'Emily Dee School of Dance' and took part in school shows every other year. Frankie holds vocational qualifications in Cecchetti Ballet and Modern Theatre dance with the I.S.T.D faculty.

Frankie gained full marks in her Dance GCSE and went on to study it at A Level where she met fellow Launchers, Amie Brotherton and Kylie Hance. She then went to Art college and gained a Diploma in Art and Design.

After leaving college she taught for 'Experience Dance and Fitness' where she taught Adult dance classes in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary and Tap. She also developed their children's programme offering fun dance classes in the Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire areas.

In 2010, Frankie trained as a fitness instructor and specialised in children's fitness. She started her own company 'The Creative Movement Project' teaching different dance and fitness classes around Rutland and Northamptonshire, encouraging everyone young and old to experience the benefits of dance and fitness. The company is still going strong and her work now includes teaching clubs within several primary schools and nurseries as well as teaching a weekly class at a secondary school in Rutland. She runs a Youth Dance group called 'Youth Moves' who can often be seen performing at different events around Rutland. Frankie also hosts parties under the company and has taught sessions at birthday parties and hen dos!

Also in 2010, Frankie joined the staff at Uppingham School Sports Centre as their dance teacher and children's activity co-ordinator and still teaches there daily.

In 2011, she trained as a Zumba instructor and has had lots of success teaching classes and parties around Rutland and Northamptonshire. She went on to become a ZumbAtomic instructor in 2012 and hosts numberous clubs and parties to get children moving and interacting with new friends.

In January 2011, Frankie appeared on Sky TV's 'Got to Dance' performing a Lyrical Jazz piece.

Frankie has also worked together with 'Slam Events' on several dancing jobs and appears in the company's promotional video.

In 2012, she got together a group of talented dancers to create 'Launch Dance Company', the girls instantly hit it off and look forward to an exciting future together. 2013 sees their debut show 'Ballet in Sneakers' premiere at Uppingham Theatre on July 20th.

Frankie was awarded a residency with 'Retina Dance Company' in February 2013 and performed with the company in their show 'Layers of Skin' at the Castle Theatre, Wellingborough.

In 2013, she is looking forward to becoming an I.S.T.D and Cecchetti Ballet teacher and is busy developing future dance school 'Launch Dance Academy' with fellow Launcher, Amy Whearity. The pair plan to offer Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Street, Tap, Contemporary and Zumba classes among others to children and adults in the Uppingham and Oakham areas.
